A natural rock wall, forced up by geologic forces some 15 million years ago, sits at the extreme South East end of the San Joaquin Valley. Cattle have only been grazing around this for some 50 years, perhaps American Indians as well as Antelope and Dahl Sheep have also spent time purveying the valley below. One wonders what conversations have been held for many centuries. It is a thoughtful piece.

Since I was a very young boy on the farm, 6 or 7, I have been shooting everything in my line of sight. In those early days I found that anything could inspire me. Grasshoppers and Gartner snakes to coyotes and eagles, as well a rows of crops we grew. Eventually I was given a Kodak Brownie, just to prevent me from using my Mother's KodakBrownie out in the fields. I was thrilled. Since then I have gone through many styles of shooting and editing.
