Description
Latourell Falls in the far West end of the famous Columbia River Gorge stands as an iconic first of nine falls that stretch through the Gorge to Bonneville Dam. Named after Joseph Latourell a prominent settler in the Gorge, it is located within the Guy W Talbot State Park, which was donated by the Talbot family in 1929, the sum of 229 acres. The tiny town of Latourell, population 12 sits just to the North. The falls is a 249' drop.
