Artist's Description

While this is a relatively common mushroom, here in the Pacific Northwest, most of us don't recognize it as a mushroom. It grows up to 12" across and in clusters. This group was found on a log 16 meters (40') long and held perhaps as much as 28 kilos (61 pounds). They are edible but as usual precautions must always be taken. I enjoy just shooting them for their interesting appearance and of detail.

This image can be used for a shower curtain or a cell phone cover, and equally as well for prints, greeting cards and Duvet covers

Grasshoppers and Gartner snakes to coyotes and eagles, as well a rows of crops we grew. Eventually I was given a Kodak Brownie, just to prevent me from using my Mother's KodakBrownie out in the fields. I was thrilled. Since then I have gone through many styles of shooting and editing. Eventually I have settled on two distinct presentations, described below. It's a journey and I hope you can enjoy this while you're here Fine art and Emotive art: I divide them; Fine art will be that idyllic scene that fits a particular space on your wall and in your heart, while Emotive art is the...
